Bonus Journal Club: Precedex = A Fib?

Today we will walk through a brief journal club on a recent publication in JAMA Open Network. Dexmedetomidine decreasing the incidence of NOAF has been studied in cardiac surgery patients with mixed results. This has never been studied in a critically ill patient population.
