Section 1 Questions (quick knowledge)

Section 2 Questions (these may require a basic calculator!)
- How many mL of Potassium Phosphate 3 mmol/mL stock solution will you need to prepare a 15 mmol IV bag? (mmol = millimole)
- If the same stock solution contains 4.4 mEq/mL of potassium, how much potassium will be in the 15 mmol IV bag? (mEq = milliequivalent)
- You need to prepare a 360 mg IV bag of gentamicin. You have a 800 mg/20mL stock vial. How many mL should you add to the bag of normal saline?
